Hello! Here’s a bit about me:
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Goddard College and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, and LGBTQ+ Ally.
With over two decades of experience in the human potential movement, I’ve been fortunate to work with individuals across Europe, Asia, and the United States, where I’ve lived and worked since 2002.
At the core of my work and personal journey are authenticity, clarity, compassion, and a firm commitment to helping people know and embrace their true selves. I’m passionate about guiding others to unlock their potential, break free from limiting patterns and past wounds, and experience greater freedom, joy, and personal transformation.
