Meet Mushkan A. Defilippo
Hello and welcome,
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Goddard College and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, and LGBTQ+ Ally.
With over two decades of experience in the human potential movement, I have worked with individuals across Europe, Asia, and the United States, where I have lived and practiced since 2002.
My work is grounded in a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience and an understanding of how early patterns, trauma, and conditioning shape our lives.
At the heart of both my personal journey and professional practice are authenticity, clarity, and compassion. I am committed to supporting people in knowing and embracing their true selves, releasing limiting patterns and unresolved wounds, and reconnecting with their innate vitality and wisdom.
My intention is to help you get to the heart of what truly matters, supporting you in becoming more whole and living a life that feels empowered, meaningful, and joyful.
